Chaos and then Peace

Searching for peace, stumbling into chaos

Staring into the abyss

On the brink

Within reach, peace

But no!

Chaos! Peace! Chaos!

Is this how she died?

Little deaths

Spread out

Little morts

Blinks! Flashes!

Mirror’s on the wall

Mind locked, mind unlocked

Image imposed, madness exposed

She kept too much in, he let too much out

Chaos! Peace! Chaos!

Is this how he died?

Free, but not free

Here, but not here

Living, but not living

Dying, but not dying

She is him, he is her

Hell, over and over

Heaven, close, so close

Him, her

Heaven, hell

On the precipice

But where is the peace?

Cosmos’s a comic

And fate

What facetious fate

First finding chaos and then finding peace.
